What does the programme entail?
- 1x 90 minutes face to face initial consultation to produce a programme tailored to suit your lifestyle and weight management goals as well address any other areas of your health such as digestion, tiredness, hormonal imbalance.
- Weekly touch point either face to face or phone call to keep on track. We will cover a review of your food diary, additional recipes, taking stock and goal setting. Free hand-outs for areas of weight management such as portion control, balancing your macronutrients, emotional eating, mindfulness, stress and sleep
- Trip to the supermarket and cupboard clearance
- Unlimited email support through the programme.
- Testing and additional supplements may be recommended
- Nutritional advice to target any other niggling health problems such as fatigue, bloating, digestive issues, skin problems and hormonal imbalances
