P Prior to us meeting, I will ask you to fill out a thorough Nutritional and Health questionnaire in order to assess your dietary habits, general health, stress level, likes and dislikes digestive function and lifestyle. I will then devise a dietary and lifestyle plan that suits you.

The aim is through small but targeted dietary changes and if appropriate supplement recommendations to address your particular health goals. This is not a quick fix a one size fits all or a temporary diet more like a change for life. Apart from the obvious  J I do not tend to remove any food items just add the right nutrients over time

After your consultation you will receive a full information pack with details of what we talked about and a plan to help you work towards your health goals.  It includes meal ideas to help you adjust to the changes too.

Nutritional Therapists have access to a wide range of diagnostic tests which may be recommended if considered appropriate and that I can interpret for you. The results may help us further understand some of the factors which may be contributing to your symptoms.

Together we will implement small changes, shopping trip, cooking lessons if you need, setting goals, building on what you have achieved. These lessons can be simple but can take time and commitment to implement.

The aim is to empower you to adopt a better way of eating that over time becomes a natural habit of life, not a short-term commitment (no diet fads here!).
